Our Centenary

Information > Our Centenary

On 13th June 1917, a fundraising concert was held at Chester Town Hall in aid of Hoole Bank Red Cross Hospital. The concert featured the popular local ‘Whizz Bang Pierrot Troupe’ with new dances choreographed by Miss Irene Hammond.

2017 marked our centenary and celebrations took place throughout the year. The Hammond hosted a range of performances, workshops, talks and tours, culminating in a Centenary Gala in July 2017.
