Prep School
Our newly-established Preparatory School provides a calm, caring environment for pupils from ages 5-11 and offers a separate and secure Key Stage 1-2 education. Located in the former headteacher's house, called Garden House, in the grounds of the main school campus, "The Prep" (as it is known) has rapidly become a fully integrated part of The Hammond.
Fees Per Term are £2,500 (2013/14) To include Lunch.
Lessons are taken largely in Garden House, but use is also regularly made of The Hammond's excellent facilities for specialist teaching - Dance studios, Music department, Science labs, Home Economics kitchen and Drama studios, as well as the 400 seat theatre at the heart of our Performing Arts Centre.
For break times, The Prep has the benefit of its own walled garden which gives the school a sheltered yet open-air feel.
